Property record
What is recorded for each property.
Fields are filled where a source supports them. A field with no evidence stays empty.
- Identification
- Name, asset type and sub type, status, tags and photos.
- Location
- Address, city, state, country, postal code, latitude and longitude, building footprint, metro market, campus name and a map place reference.
- Ownership and tenancy
- Owner, operator, developer and property manager. For warehouses, the tenant, tenant type, operator type and landlord.
- Physical specifications
- Gross leasable area, total area, number of floors, year built, year of last renovation and condition.
- Operating data
- Occupancy rate and average rent per square metre, with modelled rent and vacancy rate where the evidence supports them.
- Classification and ratings
- Class, tier, rating and certifications.
- Financial
- Market value, acquisition price and date, net operating income, capitalisation rate and currency, plus modelled yields and value.
- Sources and confidence
- Source type, date collected, and for modelled rent the source and a confidence grade.
