Requests about material on this platform are handled by the Norma QI data team, and are read by a named person rather than a queue.

Use the form below. We are not printing an email address on this page that we cannot yet guarantee will reach us — a notice that silently bounces is worse for you than no address at all. The form does reach us, and it gives you a reference number you can quote.

What we commit to

• Acknowledgement within two working days, to the address you give us.
• Action on a removal request within five working days. We can withdraw a single source in one action without touching anything else, because every row we hold records where it came from.
• Attribution on request. Some material here is published without naming its publisher. That is a deliberate posture while a licence position is unresolved, not a claim that no publisher exists. If you are that publisher and would rather be named, we will name you.
• An explanation if you want one — what we hold, how we obtained it, and when.

You do not need to be the rights holder to tell us something here is wrong. What each of these means in practice.
