What we will do

If you tell us that material on this platform is yours and you want it corrected, attributed, withheld or removed, we will act on that request. We do not require a formal notice, a lawyer, or a particular form of words. Tell us which page and which rows, and what you want done.

• Removal. We can withdraw a single source in one action, without touching anything else, because every row we hold records where it came from.
• Correction. We publish reproduced material unaltered, so a correction at the source is a correction here on the next cycle. If you want a figure changed sooner, say so.
• Attribution. Some material on this platform is published without naming its publisher. That is a deliberate posture taken while a licence position is unresolved, not an assertion that no publisher exists. If you are that publisher and you would rather be named, we will name you.
• Explanation. If you want to know what we hold, how we obtained it and when, we will tell you.

This contact route is being established and is not yet live. We are not printing an address here that would not reach us. If you need to contact us about data on this platform before it is live, reach us through the account or billing contact you already hold, and it will be routed to the same place.

What we hold, in general terms

Two kinds of material sit side by side on the market pages, and they never mix. One is our own capture of retail listings, which carries a capture date and is refreshed. The other is reproduced from public regulatory registers, which carries a vintage and is not refreshed. Figures computed over one are never computed over the other, and no product is attributed to any registered establishment.
